Easy-twirl!

These bold tassels conjure up the glamour and vibrance of Carnivale – and may stir up the same lack of inhibitions! A circular base is covered in hot fuchsia satin. This is edged with a wide border of hot pink and purple shot taffeta ribbon, hand-sewn in pleats for a rosette effect. The join between the pastie and ribbon is picked out with strung fuchsia sequins. The purple tassel falls from a tiny fuchsia organza ribbon bow. We think these would look fabulous with our Rio de Janeiro necklet.
