This is a sugary little confection that looks ever so pretty with a graceful neck and low neckline. A tiny ribbon rose in full bloom is cradled by a large pearly button and gives way to a frothy tassel of pink ribbons, the whole thing set onto a thin pale pink velvet ribbon to tie round your neck either centred or slightly assymetrical. Either way, you will look gorgeous.
